What’s New in VKonnact 3.1
VKonnact 3.1 includes few new changes to enhance the experience for integrating data into Microsoft Dynamics GP. The following sections describe the specific additions, changes
VKonnact 3.1 has two new features included
On the Fly Creating Missing Key Elements
At the time of creating the new entry in Microsoft Dynamics GP, there are many elements associated with it. Out of these elements, there are various key elements.
For example, in Customer Maintenance window at the time of creating a new entry, there are various elements such as Salesperson ID, Sales Territory, Class ID, etc. These elements are considered to be the Key elements.
Now at the time of integration, the values passed related to these elements are supposedly not found to exist in Microsoft Dynamics GP then it will result in an error and cause integration failure.
Thus, at the time of integration the values of the elements which are not found in the Microsoft Dynamics GP are the Missing key elements.
VKonnact allows creating on the fly missing key element values in respected Dynamics GP table at the time of integration process. This change has been done to improvise the user experience at the time of integration and allow the integration process to continue without causing any error.
Post Rule to update Integration Status
Post Rule allows updating the source system data with VKonnact integration status. To know whether the integration has been successful or not, you can simply update the source system data with VKonnact. Source system can be Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SalesForce or Local database such as Oracle, SQL, etc.
So the users can retrieve and integrate only the failed and unprocessed data from the source system.
